A beautiful hotel that fully met our expectations! The cleanliness was excellent, with rooms being cleaned daily. The breakfast was diverse and satisfied everyone in our large group, even with different tastes and preferences. The staff was professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient – just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would gladly return! 🇬🇪❣️

Ciudad Real is actually a nice town. The hotel is a bit dated but stylish. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really spectacular - almost never seen better. Free parking. All this for a very modest price. Oh yes and staff are nice.

The hotel was the right choice, location perfect as it is close to university, and also in close proximity to the city center. I walked from the train station to the hotel. The hotel itself was great, room with enough space, bed was perfect for my back, shower powerful (hot and cold both working instantly), breakfast was amazing - unfortunately I didn't have time to try everything. People at the reception were all very helpful and supportive, spoke English.

It is a modern business oriented hotel. It has good facilities and secure parking. It is close to the city centre.

Joane on Reception was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The entrance hall and stairs are impressive. Parking was easy to access and spacious.

The chap who manned the check-in desk in at my arrival was very friendly and helpful and the chap on check-out must have had a bad night as he was quite curt. The shower in my room was not working properly and using the hand shower water came out both sides of the hand held device and considering Jose' (the check-out guy) I was not going to mention anything.

I did not have breakfast. I was disappointed that a cup of coffee could not be purchased in the morning at the hotel. However there is a great cafe pastry shop across the street.
