The staff at reception were very professional and friendly. Our chalet with beautiful view of the valley were exceptional, and bonus our own outside hot tub. Swimming pools clean and also the rock pools. Stayed for another night in Olsen building, very nice and a spa bath in our room, perfect after our hike in the mountains. The restaurant serves good quality food and the staff so friendly.

Beautiful scenery and all the facilities are great. Perhaps have a kids area close to the pools as of having it at the main gate. Most people are not there during the day. The kids are always at the pools

the serenity and the calmness was really good. We were in a secluded area and enjoyed the privacy. The chalet we had was adequately equipped and all utensils and cooking equipment met our standards. air conditioning was great and the place absolutely clean. The bathroom door could receive some attention though as well as the shower as the floor kept flooding with excess water
