Once we arrived and were checked in, the experience was great. Beach had some seaweed but was overall quite nice. We also enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and water slides. Food was good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For example, we accidentally dropped something off the balcony onto the roof of the hotel lobby. We informed a staff member and they quickly connected us with a security person who went out of his way to get access to the roof and retrieve our item. Weather was lovely and overall we had a really enjoyable vacation.

Lots of different food and drinks to sample. The Drinks kept flowing Beautiful leisure complex. Would have liked to spend more time,but family took up most of our time.

The view of my hotel room was nice, the entertainment was brilliant. Hotel smelt lovely and was clean. Nice facilities. Majority of staff were polite.

When I got there ,the staff at the front, the bell man, offered me a wet hand towel to wipe my hand ,he then told me to leave my luggage and instructed me to wait for a another staff to take me to check in ,after checking in ,I was offered a drink ,a cool one as the climate was hot although it was in December,,which was nice The facilities were great, and I enjoyed every min of it ,the Room attendant that cleaned my room was nice and friendly, making me feel at home ., Kacie, keep up the good work ,overall all staff was lovely, room was clean and very nice Room 637

The staff was very friendly, especially the servers and waitresses at the buffet. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the entertainment program, including live bands, was excellent. The pool with slides and the whirlpool were fantastic, making it a great place for families.

It was a relaxing atmosphere, we got a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the pool was very clean and fun. I must commend the staff at the Italian restaurant, they made my experience there a memorable one.
