Its more like airbb type of place about 40min walking distance from the airport. There is a small beach area right around of the property, but thats all there is. The owner has greated 3 underground rental rooms to their own property. If you decide to book this please, make sure you book the room with a terrace. Other rooms have only one small window with limited view to the staircase. So please be prepaired that there are no sea view from any of these rooms. Rooms have some beach vibe in them and you also have access to fully functional kitchen as well. Kitchen has nice minibar system with large variety of alcoholic beverages available. Breakfast was included, but its mediterranian style toast and jelly type light version of it. As rooms are mostly underground we didnt detect any airport related noises. All rooms are heated and air conditioned as well. If you are travelling without a car, you will be trapped in here as all the interest points are far away from here. Nearest village with restaurants is about 10km Its perfectly fine for 1 night stay before your flight, as its about 3km walking distance from the airport and they also offer a shuttle service for 30 euros as well.

Close to Palermo airport, my husband and I evan walked from airport the the hotel after we returned the car. Owner Angela is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is cozy and very clean.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable, as the entire team was so friendly, kind, and always helpful. You can really tell that everything is done with heart. The atmosphere was warm, the service top-notch, and every single person contributed to making our stay an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
