The living room also has a mezzanine with a 1 single or a double bed and views over the Douro River. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is en suite. The air-conditioning is situated in the living room.

Very nice place to stay! Very authentic and relaxing. Walk to the ricer was good fun, not easy walk but is it worth it.

This was an amazing oasis! High up in the mountains away from the crowds and with the most amazing, beautiful owners, this place is a gem. Maria and Fernando are intelligent, gentle soles who are gracious and kind. Their place is beautifully furnished, the breakfasts are amazing and served on the veranda that overlooks their property and beyond. The pool is clean accessible and a treat at the end of a hot day. The winding road up to their place allows one to see the stunning views on the mountains and the river. We will most definitely return!
