The Location was great, we could easily walk to the bus stop for the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman we met spoke perfect English, was easy to communicate regarding our late check in (11pm) and was eager to help in hiring a taxi (no pressure) or giving us the information for taking the airport shuttle which we did.

Always a warm welcome. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms . Communal areas clean with great coffee and tea making facilities. Well stocked fridges in room.

Visiting family in Ciampino so 5 minute walk to their apartment was great. Close to station. We flew into Fiumicino so had to travel in to Termini and out again but no great hassle. We had the superior double room. Good size, all facilities as needed, and very comfy bed. Surprisingly peaceful given nearness of airport and that our room faces the street. Location is of course very good for Ciampino Airport but OK for access to Rome (30 mins or so into Termini). 15 minute train ride to Frascati (lovely old town in the hills and home to very good wines!). Most people are likely to be there for one night so easy check in/out will be welcome. We were there four nights and were very happy. Use of the lounge/checkin area very welcome. Good array of coffee etc. Christos and his team are very welcoming and informative. We'd happily return.

Property was very clean, comfy beds & close to airport. Christos was very friendly & helpful in person and via WhatsApp! We stayed here twice - once at the beginning of our holiday and once at the end. Will book again if flying into Ciampino.

That was very nice stay. The apartment is neat, cosy and clean. Perfect location if you have a flight from Ciampino. There are several true local restaurants or bakeries. Special thanks to the host Christos - for his thoughtfulness, help, and recommendations. I had a wonderful rest and fully recharged after a few amazing sightseeing days in Rome.

Good hotel to stay before early flight from Ciampino airport. Very responsive owner explaining everything in detail. Possibility to make morning coffee and arrange private shuttle to the airport. Close to the train station where public bus is leaving to the airport. Would stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the railway station and airport link. Good size room and nice breakfast area with balcony. Tea/coffe facilities available in the breakfast area. Will definitely use again.
