The location is near to airport.. also train station is very near to travel to city center.. hotel to airport is around 3.5km without public transport facilities.. owner helped us to reach airport by a cab in the very early morning. I appreciate that.

The Host was excellent, friendly and very flexible with check-in. Booked us a taxi to the Airport for the following morning. Great location as its 5 minutes away from the aiport

It was the perfect stay for one night close to the airport. Massimo is amazing!! Everything is clean and we had all the facilities we needed. The place is 6 minutes away from the airport with a car . Make sure to bring mosquitoes protection tho!!! Have fun!!

Easy to arrive from the Casabianca train station (only 8 min walking) and from Ciampino train station it is 20 min walking distance. Room and bathroom cleaned every day, easy contact with the owner, easy check in / check out, spacious rooms. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Massimo (the owner) gave us directions and instructions about Rome and Ciampino, also arranged the Taxi to my family return to the Airport. Good value for money

Very convenient location - near the airport itself. Lots of interesting things within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Enough of everything. The owner is very helpful with transfer to the airport at any time.

+close to airport, 8 min by car +owner speak english, easy communication +nice view to airport if you like planespotting +room has nice balcony +room for 3 (family) was good - double bed + single one, fits 3 people well, all beds are same quality +we chose room with bathroom inside, can’t imagine shared, so reccomend this

Massimo was amazing. He's very flexible with check-in, helped me figuring out public transportation, he made sure I'm conformable and overall treated me very well! I couldn't have wished for a better host. I highly recommend him and his place for your stay in Rome
