Beautiful old building… lovely friendly staff.. very warm and cosy.. the single room was lovely.. immaculately clean crisp cotton bedding.. modern bathroom with fluffy white towels. A safe, kettle, hairdryer etc in room. Breakfast delicious… good k ow it starts at 639am if you have a train to catch.

As we arrived in Chur in the evening and were only staying for one night, this is a great option. Booking the single beds, we were expecting the rooms to be very small, but it still didn't feel claustrophobic. The location is conveniently walking distance to the station and the breakfast was delightful.

Very nice, spacious and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Parking space was included in the rate, what is very convenient, specially as the hotel is at the entrance of the old town. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked, so we were not able to have dinner at the hotel, but the lady at the reception was very helpful and recommended us some good options near by.

Great size twin room, lovely bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with attentive staff. Not too far from the train station. Very walkable town..

The location is very convenient and it’s only within fee minutes walking distance to the main station in Chur. Breakfast selection is nice and the staff are friendly. My room on the top floor had a balcony too.

the front facade of the building is very grand. reception is small and the elevator is very small and old-school with the push open and sliding door. we stayed on level 4 and the lift only went to level 3. we walked up and down the stairs a few times from both level 3 and from ground, and the stairs creaked, but it wasn't a problem. Our rooms were of the budget single style, but actually very nice inside. small shower, but I'm a big body so most will be fine.

A very nice location, at the edge of the old town and 5-10 min walk from the train station with very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms in the Annex Residence and with a very helpful and polite staff.

Loved everything about the property. The attic room was perfectly cozy and spacious for 3 of us. The hotel staff were kind, attentive and very helpful. The spread while limited was tasty and promt. The lady servicing us was promt , kind and attentive. Will visit again the next time when we come to take the bernina.
