Shoutout to Gabrielle, (the reception lady) who was very welcoming and hilarious!! She made us feel right at home. The shared bathroom was very clean. We loved the window we had from our apartment - the view was spectacular. We were able to store our luggage for free which was very helpful. The property gave us a “visitor card” which meant we had free access to the local swimming pool, free access to 3 museums and free public transport in zone 1. The 12pm checkout was also great.

The hotel was cute and charming, located just a 7-minute walk from the train station. The staff were extremely friendly and even recommended a lovely restaurant where we had a fantastic dinner. The entire stay was incredible and exceeded our expectations.

Great location in historical centre, 5 minute walk from train station. Friendly reception. Very clean & comfortable. Good continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Nothing could be done but the room was on the side of the building where people gathered outside to socialise. Thus making it difficult to open the window for fresh air.

Perfect location for exploring the old town and a short, easy walk from the station. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! We enjoyed our stay in Chur and the convenience of Hotel Post so much that we stayed an extra night. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the Christmas markets right outside the hotel!

It was very very clean despite being a shared bathroom. It seemed like the bathroom/toilet was always freshly cleaned. Also the staff was extremely friendly.
