Tuscana is always great. Don’t be put off by the lack of aircon. They have a great fan next to the bed and lots of windows to open. It was one of the hottest days this ‘summer’ and easy to sleep! I love the little touches like a couple of biccies and fresh milk ( not UHT) to go with my tea.

Well located, super clean accommodation and nicely decorated! Stayed two nights and after being out sightseeing most of the second day, we returned to a fully serviced room and our dishes had been dried … we couldn’t believe it, what a pleasant surprise ☺️

Forget about staying anywhere else in Christchurch, so well managed, clean, comfortable and the most welcoming host ( Grant) I have ever struck in a mote. Nice walk to town, we were blessed with great weather, plenty of parking and quite for a busy road
