Featuring free gourmet breakfast, the Grange B&B is housed in a Victorian mansion built in 1874. A 5-minute walk from Cathedral Square, the Convention Centre and Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu, it offers free off-street parking and free Wi-Fi access.
The tastefully, individually decorated rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The en suite bathroom comes with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Lovely historic building, large rooms, great location in city with off street parking, breakfast included, excellent value, very clean, a communal lounge for guest use (we stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms at beginning and end of trip); we really liked our stays.

Charming house with old-fashioned furniture decorating the rooms. We had an antique suitcase and a hat box on top of a wardrobe in our room and beautiful teacups. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was outstanding tho limited in choice. Room was of good size and can make do with a proper size ( bigger and not the small step to open kinda bin ) waste bin. Location is ideally situated in a quiet area and with a max 10 minutes walk to town center.
