Please note that off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis and our bar may also be busy. There is plenty of additional free street parking also. We have over 50 free spaces on-site, but please note during busy periods we can not guarantee your free parking space.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Decent stay, good value and cheap for Christchurch. The rooms are fine, beds can be very creaky, especially when someone moves. Rooms can get very hot at night and depending on location, can hear all the noise from the kitchen and seating area.

Very good value for money at the lodge! We have a double room with private bathroom and it was very quiet and comfortable! I can imagine though if we had had a room closer to the kitchen or the dorms it would have been louder. It was perfect for us! Location was incredible, everything so close!

We loved the Bealey. The deluxe rooms were nicely sized and clean with comfy beds. The breakfast was a good selection too. Has a big sized car park, useful if have camper.

It was a lovely place to end the day and start the day. The bedroom is a comfortable space. The water pressure is great! An easy space to live in when I am away from home.

Great little hotel in Christchurch. The pub at the hotel is great, good food options and food is great. Breakfast option is continental or the big breakfast which was really good. Nice big rooms, clean and good pressure in the shower.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Good we could park right outside our room so could unload through the patio door rather than going the long way round through the front entrance and corridors. Also good there is a security gate that closes automatically at night time.

Wi-Fi didn't work. USB charger didn't work either. Coffee machine for breakfast wasn't working but staff were very friendly and fixed without me needing to ask - one more reason the staff is the only item that got qualified as excellent

Small room which was too warm. Breakfast was uninspiring and poor value. Restaurant with 20% discount was awesome. Good price and very clean.
