Apartment Hotel Overview

Located in central Christchurch, Southwark Apartments offer modern studios with a kitchenette and spacious apartments. All rooms have Netflix, unlimited free WIFI and a heat pump (excluding our compact studios) for all the modern comforts you could need during your stay.
All accommodation have access to a large communal kitchen with full oven/hob and SkyTv. Laundry facilities are also available and reception is open 24-hours.
Southwark is a 5-minute walk from Hagley Park and all the great shopping and restaurants on Cashel Street. Christchurch International Airport is an easy 20-minute drive away.

A compact room and everything was great. It's evident a lot of thought has gone into this property.So well planned with quality linen and everything needed when you're looking for a comfortable few nights. I would highly recommend it.

We had a large 2 bedroom apartment and had everything we needed. It was huge. Comfy beds. Great location and plenty of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. This was my third time staying here.

It was nice and room was what we needed. Only feedback and this is coming from my 21 year old daughter one mirror in the room is not enough ! Apart from that it was a pleasant stay

The King room was small but perfectly adequate. There is a guest laundry and kitchen/ lounge /deck which was excellent to relax in. Great cafe on site.
