The Royal suite was lovely. The gentleman in the restaurant in the morning is also an absolute credit to The Cotswold. His 12 years experience is noticeable!

The staff were amazing. Great restaurant, and loved the Tudor theme throughout the whole hotel. Enormous room - an executive room. The rooms were spotless.

I was given an upgrade. Very spacious but the furniture was awful, though the bed was comfy. Good beverages. Swimming pool. Good shower. No single serve milk or toiletries. Recycling bin in the room.
