Excellent stay and value for money: quiet neighbourhood close to New Brighton beach (ca. 25mins walk), comfortable bed and room, great showers/toilets and very clean, and the little kitchenette area outside the room is more than you get in most hotels. The other guests were quiet and noise insulation is also reasonably good, so I got some great sleep here. Ample parking space too.

The room was very comfortable, with good heating. It also had a small fridge, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
