Great place, owner was lovely and walked us to our room. Room had a spa bath which didn't expect. We stayed for Electric Ave this made it great to Hagley park

The bathroom was great pressure in the shower/bath, nice size room with plenty of natural light. Dry clean & tidy, great having windows open with safety latches.

Great location . Walking distance to the mall and Hagley park. The Cafes and restaurants are nearby. The unit was very clean . Comfortable beds. The spa was excellent.

This is a very clean and comfortable motel that is a short walk from the Christchurch CBD and gardens. The room was spacious and Karen did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed twice during our trip around NZ south island.
