We liked the proximity to venues. General layout of the rooms along with a very comfortable bed. Nothing to dislike.

We were upgraded to a spa suite, as the hotel was busy. The suite was large and comfortable, and very good value for money.

We stayed Friday 21 Mar h. Offi e staff friendly and made booking in sttess free. There was a lady behind bar that went the extra mile introduced herself as T she was friendky very efficient making our stay enjiyable. There was also a blonde girl who wS friendly and very efficient. Well done team.

When making the booking I asked for 2 small requests. 1 a quiet room and 2 a room with an extra bed if possible (although we could have shared) for my daughter. My room was right back from the road, so very quiet, and they upgraded us to a 2 B/R unit. Brilliant.

Staff were amazing, proximity to Jame Hay Theatre and Casino, very walkable. Great food, breakfast was amazing. Rooms have everything you need and beds a comfy. Have stayed here 20+ times and have never been disappointed .
