Perfect location, however the road noise was much louder than expected. Very large room, good size bathroom either toiletries provided. Room was clean enough to stay, but not as clean as I’d expect a hotel of this price range to be, and room was not serviced or made up, plus no fresh towels for our second nights stay. Staff were friendly but it’s clear some staff need additional training. Manager was able to help us resolve issues once we discussed with him. We wouldn’t choose to stay again unfortunately

Located overlooking Hagley Park with off street parking. Unit was very spacious and well kitted out and affordable

Good location next to park. Rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the spa bath, though it took us a while to figure out how to turn it on as there were no instructions. Not clear on arrival about where we should park (poorly signed) and had to ask at reception, though reception staff were very helpful. Overall a good stay.

Upgraded to a premium executive room and was very spacious. Facilities were clean but started to get aging. A lot of parking available. Good location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must commend the reception staff for their exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed, from extra towels to local recommendations, and always greeted me with a smile.
