Peter and Tessa are amazing hosts. Their customer service is second to none. We love staying here and are repeat guests. It's a beautiful location with lots of trees and grassy areas. It's quiet, clean and nice. We will stay here every time we visit Christchurch.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was super clean and the staff were incredible. We arrived late, and they had everything ready for us. Highly recommend to anyone.

Peter gave us a warm welcome on arrival. Offered us extra milk. He took us and showed all amenities. The apartment was so beautiful, an it was immaculate, so spacious, we were so impressed. The garden was so beautifully maintained & kids enjoyed the swing and the trampoline. There was a free laundry room as well. Hot water was good, beds were comfy, fridge was big and spacious. Cooling was good. Parking was right in front. Quiet & peaceful place. We stayed in many places big and small & this was way better than all the big hotels we stayed in. Thanks Peter and Tessa for your extraordinary service.

What a lovely green oasis. Beautiful setting and garden and lovely clean comfortable rooms. Peter was lovely and we loved the little touches like the mosaic room numbers.

My family and I stayed here for only a night, but from the appearance of both the interior and exterior, it was clear that the lodge was very well maintained and taken care of with love. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with all needed facilities provided. As someone who likes the outdoors, the many flowers and plants on the grounds were gorgeously grown, and definitely added to my enjoyment.
