Hotel Overview

Hotel 115 is a 4-stars contemporary boutique hotel with 37 rooms. Positioned in the heart of the city only 3 minutes’ walk to Te Pae Convention Centre,1 minute from Cathedral Square and the iconic New Regent Street. It is in a shopping district with many cafés and restaurants. The city tram runs right through the hotel, an original feature that adds to the unique vibe of the property.
There are a variety of rooms to choose from, all different shapes and sizes. All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as private en suite bathrooms. Some rooms provide balconies, while certain rooms include air-conditioning. The property is non-smoking and breakfast can be added with Tramway Café.
We provide dry-cleaning and laundry valet service with charges. Adult guests can enjoy the complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities at a partner property located only steps away.
