Perfect location. Just an easy 10 min walk to Riccarton Mall or a 2 min drive. Lots of eateries and bottle stores close by. And despite being on the main road was surprisingly quiet.

Great cozy little place for your stay in Christchurch. Good value for money and is ideal even for a small family looking to spend a few nights in a nice place. Sufficient facilities in the room and heaps of restaurants to choose from as soon as you step outside! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable comfortable place for your next stay

The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I had no issues with the bathroom. The location itself was really good. It was a short walk to the Botanical Gardens and into Christchurch. The staff were so accommodating. I didn't realise I had booked a room without an aircon and the staff were kind enough to supply me with a big fan.
