A free airport pick-up service is provided between 09:00 and 21:00. Guests are requested to inform Airport Birches Motel of their flight details, their ETA and if a transfer is required.When ready to be picked up from airport call 64 3 3423338 or freephone 0508342333 (NZ only) and the property will send a shuttle shortly thereafter. This service is available between 09.00 through to 21.00 every day, except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. Guests are requested to provide flight number and ETA.

The motel has a convenient location, 10 minutes away from the airport by car. The staff were also friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was also clean and was a good size.
