The fine print
There will be renovation work done from September 19 - 26, 2022 in select units in the building. This work will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon - Sat. Noisy work will only occur between 10:00am and 5:00pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Amazing staff! Cyrus and Liam were exceptionally hospitable and helped to organise a lot of nuances for our stay. The flat itself is in quiet area, right next to a very safe and calm beach where there are no strangers - felt completely safe. There is shade from the palm trees on the beach, and you can walk to the Dover beach nearby for calmer waters and swimming with sea turtles!

The condo was incredibly well appointed and well located…perfect fir our family of four. Cyrus was super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed everything. Especially loved how well equipped the kitchen was, and there was a store right across the street.

Our stay totally exceeded our expectations. Cyrus and his team provide an excellent service. The condo is very spacious - decent sized kitchen, large living area, decent sized bedroom, a shower room, a walk in wardrobe and an En suite. There was also a large balcony with a table as well as deck chairs. Washing machine and iron also available. Cyrus answered all our questions and was available via WhatsApp for Whatever we may have needed. The cleaning and security staff were very warm and welcoming and made us feel so safe. The beach is amazing!!!! It’s just on your door step! Also a huge thank you to Cyrus and co who Helped facilitate a later check out. We appreciated it so much.

Clean, modern and comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, the beach was gorgeous and the local restaurants were delicious. We were even able to wash our clothes after a week of a two well holiday with detergent provided ! Cyrus was always there to help us immediately- we would come back in a heartbeat!

I had a 2-bed apartment on the side of the building with a partial ocean view. Well equipped and furnished with pretty much everything you could need. Spacious terrace with loungers and table and chairs which was great for outside meals listening to the sounds of the sea. Great location at the end of St Lawrence Gap with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Set on a lovely quiet beach with loungers provided for free. Building was clean and well managed by Cyrus, Liam and the team. Very efficient communication and service prior to and during the stay. As a solo female traveller the building felt very secure.

Great location with the beach, bars, restaurants, and a convenience store all within walking distance. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering a late checkout to make my travel day easier. The apartment itself was gorgeous- spacious, fully stocked with everything I needed, and had a large balcony overlooking the beach.
