The family room was spacious, clean, fully equipped and the heater worked well, especially in the chilling December weather. We had a good view of the river and the city lights. The kitchen was very useful when you travelled with family, with the cutleries, refrigerator, microwave and all. There was a washing machine in the room so you don't have to bring dirty clothes back home.

Location is near to all the tourist attraction landmarks. Didn't cost much to get around with the cab. About RMB10 to the Liberation Squate. Love the view facing the river.

Staff are polite, room is spacious and rates are reasonable, property location is good - away from CBD crowd yet still sufficiently central, room cleaning service is good - generous in replenishing bottled water daily & toiletries, we also had an extra quilt and a clothe rack, household appliances in good working condition - tv, washer/dryer, microwave oven, fridge, etc. We are very happy with the stay and will likely use same property for future holidays if available.

Great value for money. Extremely spacious, equipped with a washer/dryer, immaculately clean. Staff helpful despite their limited English - they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable on a number of occasions.

The serviced apartment was extremely spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were all extremely friendly, I requested a few extra amenities on a few occasions and even the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. I was worried that the accommodation would be too far from metro but actually it was quite easily accessible with a short 10-15min walk and very close to Shibati as well.

Location and service is good. And they are generous in replenishing bottled water and general supplies such as tissue paper, etc., everyday, unlike some hotels which do not replenish beyond the first day check-in. Room is large and clean too.

We had problem with the shower and plumbing but they were fixed rather quickly. The apartment is big and spacious and clean
