The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great location, making easy to reach the train station, shopping mall, restaurants, and public transport.

The front desk staff are excellent. Very helpful in helping me to get to obscure destinations, booking a taxi for me and even helping me to some alteration done by a tailor. There is a big shopping complex just next door which has a great range of restaurants.

It was easy to find, very clean and the staff was super available. They even cleaned the room based on how I used it (I have a very disrupted sleep schedule so it happens that I leave the room at afternoon rather than in the first light of the morning). The view of my room was awesome with all the city skyscrapers and lights of the mall lighting up the scenery at night.

The room was spacious, and the interior was cosy. There was a male staff at the counter, and he was very helpful and patient in helping me find directions and other enquiries. Glad to have a full view mirror on the cupboard and a basket in the bathroom for laundry. Good location, right on the property of a huge major mall and metro but a little tricky to find.

Clean and big rooms with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast includes freshly cooked noodles and dumplings requested on site. Just downstairs there is a very big mall with 4 towers comprises of different shopping themes.

The location is fantastic, with excellent accessibility to the train station and mega mall. The staff is friendly and always eager to assist. I will definitely be returning as a customer!

1) Location is good with big shopping centers in the vicinity. 2) Breakfast provided has satisfied my simple needs for just toast breads, eggs, yogurts, coffee and fruits. 3) I was particularly impressed free laundry service was provided for me and was ready the following day - shirts, trousers, pyjamas and shorts (socks and underwear not included).
