We had an incredibly warm welcome, so helpful and friendly. Opened the gate for us so we could park our car securely (extra EUR7), when we asked for some hot water to make a tea they gave us a kettle and cups, so helpful. They gave us a recommendation of an excellent pizzeria a few minutes down the road, which was fabulous. The breakfast was very good, great coffee. This was an easy stopover on our way to the Dolomites, and we would highly recommend it.

Location of the hotel is between Chivasso train station and center. Near by are few restaurants and I got the recommendation from the hotel owners for the dinner, which was good and valuable for the money. Hotel owners are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, with fresh food. Room and bathroom are clean, equipped with necessities.
