One of the nicest, homeliest places I've ever stayed. The owners were lovely, ready to help and never pressured for payment. I had to go to them 😅 We stayed in the small home/chalet and it was beautiful. Small, but more than enough room for the two of us. There is 2 bathrooms and the showers are very good. There's also a guest book you can sign. It's tucked away on a bookcase. See if you can find it... ...and me 😁

Location is just perfect; literal steps away from JiuFen Old Street. The property is really unique with rustic, natural decor. Our room included an open air porch and courtyard with a pond, which was so inviting. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bed was a bit hard (for Western taste!). Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room looks out over the bay; a beautiful view if it's clear weather. The owners were so friendly and kind.

The accomodation is fairly close to the village center. It is just 2-3 minutes walk to the famous Amei tea house. The owners are a nice warm-hearted couple and welcome different people from all over the world. No worries, they speak English. The rooms have a style: elaborated, unique, and original. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed a different breakfast every day. I bet this is one of the best options when staying at Jiufen.

Exceptional stay, very homely and comfortable and the hosts were lovely. Gave us a small tour of our place which was quite big! We even had a garden to ourselves. Told us a little bit about the history of the place:) Breakfast was AMAZING, so so good and the views were great too. They have two cats as well!! Amazing stay, even had shoe heaters for us to dry off wet shoes.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. the breakfast was amazing, best thing of our stay! there was a convenient heater for the rainy and cold weekend and it was very close to the old street, a minute walking. From the bus stop is less than 10min walk
