Vlad is a perfect host, he was taking care about my comfortable stay. He proposed to pick me up from the airport. Flat is perfectly located , near to most interesing places. Definately recommend to stay here.

The flat was super clean and very well equipped. I had a relaxing stay. It was a bit difficult to find at first, so clearer instructions would be helpful.

The apartment is in a great location in the city center. Everything is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay and it is very quiet. There was always hot water for showering and towels at no extra charge. Vlad is a great host and is always ready and willing to help with any problem or request. He allowed me to check out later and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for a fee.

Excellent host and excellent communication. The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift but it didnt bother me at all as the location is excellent, and I'm fat, so I need the tiny 50 calories of exercise:). The sofa bed is very comfortable, better than 99% of beds, it has a top mattress on top of the bed, it's perfect, about a queen size, medium firm. Internet was perfect, about 30-40mbps down and up. Heating was good but ask owner to switch it on 1 day before as it takes 1-2 days to heat up. I ended up staying over 2 weeks it was so good. It has a desk and 2 chairs for working, just move desk in front of window for power socket and run extension lead from the sofa bed area. Oh and a full deep bath with super hot water, I'm 178cm and I could fully stretch out with legs straight no problems.
