the area is super quiet but also conveniently close to the main roads, the hosts changed our rooms as there was no heating and moved us to big spacious rooms, the breakfast offered toasts and jam and also cooked options (they even considered my dietary restrictions as lactose intolerant) and the atmosphere at dinner was intimate and relaxed.

The room at The Jolly Huntsman was functional but perfectly adequate for my needs which was basically just a bed for the night! I very much enjoyed the breakfast!

Check in was very good, and the room was very clean and had a very nice en suite. I had an evening meal and breakfast, both of which were very good. The bar was very welcoming and I had an enjoyable evening.
