The location is excellent just a short walk to picturesque village and great stop for walking the North Downs Way, also train station is really close and Canterbury two stops away. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful, host served a good breakfast. Small reception area is not always manned, best to inform this B&B of arrival time beforehand. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, close to station. Room was clean and tidy. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly. Thank you Sarah, Tony and Sue for making us feel so welcome and putting us up at short notice, and for the tasty breakfast too! 😊 We were informed that dogs were on the property but we hardly knew they were there.
