Staff behavior is something that we like, especially Mr Sumit; his behavior and attitude are very good and customer focused. Rooms were clean. The hotel atmosphere was good. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. The food was tasty, and the chefs did a good job. Restaurant staff are good.

Lots of scope for improvement in f&b. Breakfast menu is too thin. House keeping staff are not trained and top of all, response time is too wide. May be considered as teething trouble. But expect the nice property goes into professional hands.
