Great location, right by the ruins. The hotel property is vast in the jungle, with various buildings, adding charm to the place. Nice room and atmosphere. Friendly staff and good restaurant.

Stunning grounds filled with tropical plants, trees and wildlife. A paradise for any nature lover. Beautiful large pool (with no chemicals in it) perfect for doing lengths. Well designed rooms which allow you to have your patio door open at night (with a very good insect screen) and hear the sounds of nature as you fall asleep, without letting the bugs in. Very comfortable beds. I had the best night’s sleep of my whole trip here. Lovely terrace areas outside the rooms with hammocks and rocking chairs. The whole place is run on eco friendly principles. The food in the restaurant is excellent, with some unusual but delicious dishes. A really special place.
