The property was in a good location, clean and the room was very comfortable. It was a short taxi ride from the Amtrak station. Internet connection was good. I was able to walk to the Pier area and back easily - and was close to the Magnificent Mile.

Loved the location of the hotel, very central with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean, stylish and lovely, and the room was well decorated, clean and spacious. The staff at the lobby and reception desk were also nice and courteous. They also provided water bottles when we requested, which was great since I stayed at several other Chicago hotels which did not provide any water bottles for the rooms.

Perfectly located; nice atmosphere (a bit retro’), large room with several window on nice street, you. A walk to everywhere and it feels safe even after dusk.

Fantastic location on Mag Mile, close to shops, restaurants and bars. We had a King room and it was very spacious with a really large bed. Room was cleaned very well every day.
