Staff was super friendly and nice, always willing to help. Breakfast 10/10, a lot of options and very yummy. The style of the hotel is amazing, and very cosy. We used the shared spaces a lot and always felt confortable. I woul ddefinitely stay here again!

Great area to stay, easy access to public transport. Very comfortable bedding, great healthy breakfast. Also loved to hang around at the terrace our sitting area

We loved our stay at The Sono. If you are interested in getting a neighbourhood vibe of the Old Town we highly recommend this B&B. The views from the rooftop terrace left us without words, especially as we where not aware of this feature (360 view of the entire downtown area). Our host Adie was very welcoming and supplied us with a list of bars, restaurants, etc. in the area. Next time we come back to Chicago we will definitely first try to stay at The Sono. Oh and last but not least; breakfast was amazing! 😍

Location, comfy bed, clean, healthy breakfast options. Super friendly, helpful staff who posted us a forgotten bank card home. Would recommend.

Very cosy and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was such a feast and there was a very good selection. Tea, coffee and snacks were available all day. There was a wide variety of drinks. We stayed in the run up to St. Patricks Day and the area was very lively with a good choice and range of eateries and bars. Superb location to walk into the city but also very handy for public transport.
