After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location, and you may experience city noise. There is no cable or parking. We have provided a Roku TV for streaming. Please note there are 7 stairs to reach the elevator. Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I stayed at Sonder The Burnham for 3 weeks and had a great stay. It's located in the middle of Downtown Chicago close to Union Station. I had a large clean apartment with all the amenities I needed. There's a large well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, quiet air conditioner and a great bed. It was clean and there was not too much noise from the street, which can be an issue in Chicago, with the elevated metro lines. Large screen with Roku tv or HDMI connection and good Wi-Fi. Little to complain about, highly recommended!

The property is in a convenient location for downtown close to the Willis Tower. We were taking a train from Union Station and it was only 5 mins walk away. It is also close to the blue line which comes in to the city from the airport. It is right next door to Lou Mitchell’s which does an amazing breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. L train station very close connecting to the airport. Walking distance to the loop. A restaurant just sude by side for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay here. Everything about the place was as described. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had lots of amenities. The location is perfect, very close to coffee shops and restaurants. A comfortable place if you want to rest after a long day of walking around town. Checkin/ checkout were a breeze. Would definitely stay here next time!
