The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive checkin details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos.There is no cable. We've provided a Roku for streaming. The Studio Apartments do not have an oven. You may hear late night noise Thursday through Saturday from the nightclub downstairs. White noise machines and earplugs are available upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Modern, clean and in a nice location. Very close to Ashland CTA station, can easily walk to West Loop neighbourhood for restaurants and bars. Filtered water from the machine in the hallway is a very nice touch.

Everything was super clean and modern. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the location was amazing. So many good restaurants and bars nearby. I was a bit worried about the noise reviews but I was on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear anything. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place, high ceiling, everything was very clear regarding the check in, shower very clean, smells great, great utilities in the apartment, everything needed is there. Huge king size bed and big tv. It’s literally 2 minutes from the metro and it takes less than 10 minutes to be downtown. You can also leave your luggage secured in the building for Free ! Awesome value, highly recommend Value is awesome overall

Location: the Fulton Market area is being redeveloped from a former industrial area and now has good restaurants, though thin pickings for breakfast! Excellent location for "The L" and busses. Walking distance from The Loop. We felt safe here, but would not recommend locations further west than this (Ashland L stop). The room was clean and generally with excellent facilities, and staff (online and in person) were helpful and responsive when we wanted more towels etc. or had other problems.
