The room is a great size and it was good to have my own kitchen to use when I wanted eat alone of an evening. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was great. The included breakfast had lots of choices and was a good way to start the day. The hotel is in an excellent location for work trips in the business area of The Loop, however it's also easy to walk to the river, park, shops and theatre district.

The hotel is located in the city's business district. Good for tourists as it is close to the pier, the lake and many museums. There are also several restaurants, a 7/11 or a Walgreen's nearby. It is not a residential neighborhood. We chose the hotel for the Chicago Marathon. It is perfectly located for this.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Good facilities in the room with great kitchen facilities. A full size fridge and even a stovetop, though we didn't cook a meal while we were there. The hotel breakfast had a good range. It was reasonably quiet considering we were right in the city, though we heard some traffic and siren noises at night. The curtains were quite good blockout for the light. The shower sprayed into the rest of the bathroom a bit, it was a poor design for the screen.

The hotel is located in a nice old-fashioned building. The neighbourhood seemed safe, and was relatively quiet: the L was one block away. Air conditioning was good, and at the same time a window could be opened, which helped us get some fresh air. Breakfast was pretty decent. Everything was within walking distance, which is super helpful for short stays in Chicago.

Excellent location - very close to all the major landmarks but rather quiet during the weekend. Big room with big windows (tinted though so not so much sunlight), comfortable bed and big lounge/kitchen area.

it is a wonderful place to stay. staff were polite and helpful. breakfast was good and fresh location was perfect rooms spacious and cleanliness good! small kitchen toaster, working fridge. ice machine close by on the floor very close to downtown !

The hospitality of the front desk staff was amazing. Location is outstanding and very close to several must visit places. Breakfast spread is amazing for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of downtown and the room we took was very spacious with neat bathroom space.
