The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, impressive inside and out (location-wise) stylish, modern, known for its famous rooftop bar etc. We also had an incredible view from our 10th floor room (front-facing the Michigan Avenue bridge) so the night skyline was just fabulous, very instagramable (the hotel is in general anyway) but I'll always remember the incredible view from my room window.

We got upgraded to a view room on the 20th floor - great views of the river and very comfortable room, centrally located. Bell and valet parking staff were very helpful and nice!

An amazing hotel in a perfect location. Our room on the 10th floor had views of the river and out to the lake. All staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. We will be staying there again.

Very attentive staff. We had a problem with noise one night and the receptionist (I think his name is Neil) immediately offered us moving in a different room which turned out to be really way better… thank you very much again for such a smooth and prompt answer to our issue.

Maybe i have been spoilt at other hotels in the past. The pro's - The location is superb, could not actually be any better and that is clearly what you are paying for. Door staff very friendly as were the cleaning staff. Reception staff at check-in weren't very welcoming and/or helpful. Very much a process of give us the key, take the credit card pre-charge and left to it. We got 2 texts from the hotel to check how the stay was going but given we were international customers and were charged for incoming and outgoing texts, the system is poor!

If you don't book this Hilton hotel directly through the hotel's webpage you can not check in online. So do not expect to get your favourite room. You can not even get 1 bottle of free water if you don`t book your room directly and give your Hilton member number. If you are a member but you booked your room through booking.com, your memebership means nothing.
