Location was perfect. Near the congress I had to attend to, and near the Centre (magnificent mile). Hotel people were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean.

Generous sized rooms in a great location 1 block back from Michigan Ave. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. 24hr security on the door as well.

The shower needs to be repaired, wall paper is separating from the wall. Toiletries - very bad cheap plastic containers - can’t get anything out of it. Hard plastic and useless packaging. I would never want to use the toiletries in this hotel. Please change the supplier!!! Asked for bathrobe - not available

The ambience of the hotel was calming in a busy city. The artwork, the King bed, so comfortable, the deep bath was so relaxing after walking the streets all day . The location was central to galleries, parks, the Chicago River, Navy Pier, and close to public transport. Not to mention the friendly, helpful staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
