Excellent Hotel, lovely staff, lovely location, close to the tube and buses, and could walk to lots of locations. Breakfast wasn’t amazing and could get busy, (get there early) but for the price compared to other hotels locally, it was what I’d expect, we all had something to eat every morning so no complaints. A free hot chocolate machine in reception was great when coming in from the cold. Rooms were clean and warm. had a fridge & nice size TV. I’d seen past reviews about the noise, so was a bit worried, but after being there I’d be surprised if there was anywhere quiet in the city, lots of sirens and horns all the time, you get used to it, part of its charm 🙉. lovely size sofa, nice to have somewhere to sit, rather than on the beds. We had previously stayed 1 night in a much more expensive hotel where I paid for a premium view and I have to say here was so much better!!! a massive window, wall to wall, we almost didn’t want to close the blinds at night :) All in all.. would definitely stay again. oh and also had a great gym facility. 👍

the location is amazing and price is decent. personal is very friendly. clean. breakfast is delicious , through the same every day. but since breakfast is included to the price , no high expectancy. price =comfort. thanks!

the best location in chicago ever! we were super closed to each place we visited. 20 min walking distance to all chicago!!
