The location is walking distance to most sites and is quite central. The complimentary breakfast is really good with great selections. The staff are quite helpful and Tash is a gem.

I had a corner King room on the 5th floor. Bed was comfortable & pillows great! One corner had the vinyl floor coming up but room was very clean & stocked with linen, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Small coffee maker. A bit of street noise but I’m a city girl so no problem. Breakfast was varied hot/cold & plentiful. Great coffee. I wish they’d had fresh fruit besides bananas. Staff was very friendly & professional.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to the navy pier and plenty of restaurants close by to get some nice food. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast range

The key to door and lift kept having a problem until the battery was changed. I think this is something that should be done in advance before a guest arrives. Secondly, there should be an option of at least coffee and snacks in the hotel. Thirdly, the breakfast was good but did not have good options of hot eaties. On one day bacon made a variety, otherwise on the rest of my four day stay there was no variety.

The hotel is in a great, prime location, but the building is rather old, and the breakfast is just average. The room is spacious enough, but the bathroom is quite small. I would have preferred a more spacious bathroom. Additionally, there is no wardrobe or locker in the room.

Staff are excellent and central location plenty of shops bars and eating places the hotel lay on a good breakfast we used the metro $15 for 3 days

Extensive breakfast, wonderful location. It was very nice that we could store our suitcases during the day for free, so we could walk around town. It was also good that we could park our car in front of the hotel to check-in and unload our bags. Parking in het area is expensive: 35-50 dollars per 24 hours.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Great location. Comfortable beds. Room was a good size - 2xQS beds for family of 4. Lovely breakfast. Fridge and coffee maker in room was good.
