I had an amazing stay at River Hotel in Chicago once again! This time, I was lucky to have a beautiful room on the 21st floor with a stunning view of the river. I absolutely adore this hotel for its fantastic location—it’s so close to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The views are always breathtaking, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chicago. I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you so much for the door staff that helped us when we were unloading the car. I was feeling stressed as we had so much luggage to unpack but he reassured us that we needn't hurry and he would watch the car as we took our first load up to the room. He then gave excellent directions to the parking garage. The check-in staff were equally as friendly even towards our 2 labradors. Location was great to access downtown and the riverwalk.

I stayed alone as a woman at a conference, and I was able to spend several days safely without any issues. The location was convenient for transportation as it was within walking distance to Millennium Park.

Absolutely beautiful view to see the river, very central and so conveniently go everywhere . Hot drinks like coffee or tea are so lovely, it is very safe around, love it!
