Location and facilities are superb! Short walking distance to many Metro stations and very close to The Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park. I especially love the laundry facility, 24h coffee/tea facility in the guest's only lounge and the availability of cool filtered water on every floor for free. The pub adjacent opens till late great space to host guests/friends. Room is on the larger side and very comfortable. Yoga mat provided in the room to user is a nice touch and useful. Staff are courteous, friendly and did utmost to accommodate our enquiries and requests. This is hard to beat for a stay in Chicago. I would not hesitate to return.

Staff is great - friendly, helpful, expedient and mindful of your time. The location is the best - next to the Federal building, the Federal Reserve and the CBOT. 7 minutes from the Art Institute and the Millennium Park.

Our stay at Club Quarters in Chicago was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Danny, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The accommodation itself was superb. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful amenities. It was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Club Quarters to anyone visiting Chicago. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The location is great, very central, most places are walking distance. Quick check in and check out. I loved the fact that we can access Elephant and Castle without having to exit the hotel, it is a great place to have food and drinks.

Location Staff were amazing. I had a fall and the receptionist a lady was so kind and helpful. I am so sorry I forgot her name but she was superb.

Great location for us. A comfortable bed in a quiet room. Fresh bottled water to collect whenever we wanted it.
