The hotel is located on a beautiful street in the Gold Coast, and is well situated for exploring Old Town, Lincoln Park and the Magnificent Mile. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are two famous comedy clubs. The lobby is welcoming, with plenty of places to relax and unwind; the 5-6pm complimentary wine hour is a nice touch! We appreciated the quieter neighbourhood, the spacious room and bed.

Great location, great lobby with bar (great oatmilk coffee in the morning), wonderfully helpful staff, who went out of their way to accomodate every request. Will return there at any point in time!

The location was perfect!! Close to public transport, supermarkets etc and walking distance to downtown. The staff was absolutely delightful!!!

The rooms are near-perfect - spacious, comfortable and very very clean. The hotel's staff is friendly and easy to reach out to, always happy to help out. The location is great too - close to all your needed restaurants (Old Town), shops (Mag Mile) and the beach.

I really liked the neighbourhood the hotel was in. I liked walking on the street. It was within walking distance to a metro stop as well. And, hey, there's an attraction right across the street, Ernest Hemingway's apartment. The price was also ok for a big city like Chicago.

Newly refurbished room, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful maids. The front desk is a little small but the coffee area is okay.

There was a slight problem as my Booking.com reservation was not in their system but otherwise the hotel was excellent, very friendly staff, nice rooms, a good feel.
