I liked how amazing the staff were at the front. Very helpful when checking in. Room was tidy. The refillable water was amazing. Great location close to everything. Close to the cta.

The main reason to book here is for the great location! It's extremely convenient for exploring downtown Chicago, and for hopping on the L to explore the neighbourhoods beyond. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, and body wash, shampoo, and lotion were provided. I booked the Superior Queen Room, so there was also a microwave. The room and even the hallway itself was extremely quiet. The keycard worked perfectly every time on my room and elevators. As with most (all?) other CQ locations, there was a yoga mat in my closet, and water dispensers in the hallway and in the lobby. There was no tea/coffee in this CQ's lobby though, but there was a coffee maker and Nespresso pods in the room, and they were replenished during housekeeping too.

The position is magic....in latin they used to say "nomen omen" ...hotel is called CENTRAL LOOP...it means it is perfect choice to visit Chicago Loop :-)
