Even though the building looks old, the room I stayed was big and clean enough. All staff were very friendly and the location is perfect with easy access to almost all major places in town.

The location was great, and points of interest were within 20 minutes walk. Friendly staff, and very helpful. Lou Manalti deep dish pizza a must, 10 minutes walk. Parking available at charge. Nice hotel, good view of the city in north river. Lots of resteraunts close by. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would reccomend 😃

Swimming pool was a good temperature, sloping 3ft - 8ft deep & towels provided. Nice views over the city from the top floor sun deck. Helpful staff.

Great location, only over the road from a variety of decent places to eat. Portillo’s and the hard rock were two that I visited and would recommend. Beds comfortable and of decent size. There’s a generously sized safe for storing valuables but the one in my room was saying ‘battery low’ and I hope they have an override key if the battery dies with your stuff in there. Great staff, very helpful and polite No need to take shampoos, shower gels, hair dryers, clothes irons etc. all provided.

Had a great room with the King Size bed on the 5th floor. The room met all my expectations. The view was great. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was well done and very comfortable. There were fire alarms in the room itself. The decor was done in very nice taste and colours. The room was large and clean and tidy. It had a large numerical code safe in the closet area. Good door locks too. Felt very safe around the hotel and area. There was a sofa lounger, desk and desk chair, night tables, a chest of drawers, closet area with hangers, iron and ironing table, TV and, WiFi. A staff member brought us up a small bar fridge to use for there was not one in the room, only a small ice bucket was available. This was very nice indeed. The room was very quiet at all times and private from the other rooms nearby and the hallway. Great cover and darkening curtains too. The bathroom was very nice too. It had a large counter and bathtub with shower. Lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beautiful all white towels of all the sizes. It was done up with new towels, sheets, pillow cases and nice soaps and lotions left each day. We were there for six night. Loved the room The pool, roof top terrace with magnificent views 180 degrees and small gym area in the first building are beautiful and a great asset. Loved this area. The hotel is close to all public transit. Close to a huge number of restaurant choices and cultural establishments and clubs. Very close, walking distance to redline subway system that gets you pretty much every where you want to go in Chicago. The hotel has a great view of all the local skyscrapers in the city. Great location indeed.

It was amazing experience ..first vacation in 23 years and I will be staying with you again on my and my youngest son birthday weekends . Staff was amazing ..pool was awesome and sky view was outstanding
