“Superb facilities including hot spring bath! Room is bigger and clean. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff”

It is good if you like hot spring bath, it is outdoor on level 6, all the areas are clean. Room is bigger than other hotels with all required facilities! Friendly staff! Next to the hotel there is a big duty free store.

This hotel was great - it's a refurbished old, grand western style hotel so it was very spacious with dining halls and a large lobby. It was very comfortable. The staff were really kind and friendly, they made my stay extra comfortable. The open air bath was also a bonus and the main reason I stayed here (tattoo stickers allowed). I was upgraded and the room was very clean and spacious. Overall it was a surprisingly comfortable stay and I would choose this hotel again if I visit Chiba in the future.

Sky lounge at 21st floor restorant served clean, various foods and drinks. Room also gave me a comfortable rest and good sleep for one night. Spa at 6F make me to refresh of my mental. All was the best stay to me.

I loved that the hotel is connected to a Port Town shopping center. There’s Donki, Daiso, and an eating area downstairs. The Hotel is very quiet and the receptionists were so friendly. We traveled with a two year old and they were very considerate when he’d get a bit too loud in the lobby. The room and bathroom are also pretty big. I’d say it’s a very family friendly hotel. I’d recommend taking a taxi because the train stations are 10-20 minute walk away.
