The room was clean and well-maintained, with good internet speed. The location was excellent, very close to the Mitsui Outlet Park, and the hotel also served as a stop for the airport bus, making it very convenient for travellers.

Breakfast area at level 14 has great sea view. All staffs were courteous, polite and professional enabling my family to feel welcomed.

The area around the hotel was beautiful. Near a Koi pond, and within walking distance of the Tokyo bay.

The property is very nice, clean and very polite staff. The property is centrally located just waking distance to Makuhari Messe exhibition, metro and malls and lots of food option.

It was a convenient stopover after getting into Narita at midnight and not wanting to travel the whole way into Tokyo. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really nice. The hotel is right near the train station for ease of moving onto Tokyo the next day.

The place is accessible to many places. The staffs are accomadating and the breakfast buffet is worth the price.

It was or seemed to be a very nice hotel… before Covid. Since than, they have given up. Still good for a night to sleep, but that is all. And, you get a reasonable good breakfast in the morning.

Convenient location, close to the train station and can get to Toyko in 30mins or so. Right next to the outlets and on the airport limousine bus line, so it's perfect. The staff are also very helpful and kind.
