Very modern and clean, friendly staff. Good location. I made a mistake in the booking and forgot to add my wife, but this was resolved with cash payment at check-in. Also, they let us check-in 45 minutes early which was unexpected (all our other hotels were very strict).

This is my third time staying here, it’s my favourite hotel in Japan. Super comfortable in every way. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the amenities bar has lots of nice things including bath salts and good coffee. The bed is comfortable, the bath is AMAZING! The best in Japan! Excellent location for restaurants and transport, just a short walk to the bustle of Chiba Station area.

The location is across Chiba-chuo Station and a few minutes' walk from the tram station, making it very convenient to go in and out or around Chiba prefecture. The staff is eager and resourceful to help. The breakfast is excellent.
