The fine print
Front-desk working hours from 10:00 - 18:00 and the expected check-in time is 15:00 – 18:00.Hostel offer self check in service if guest arrive after 18:00. Check-out time after 11:00 the additional fee will be applied.
Guest need to inform hotel in advance and provide the contact information with valid contact number by email address.Smoking is strictly not allowed on site and fines will be applicable if any smoking is detected.No lift is available on site. (The Hostel has 5 floors, we only have lift for carrying on your luggage.)Basement: books, a TV, couch, table games.5th floor: public kitchen, tableware, cookers, fridge, oven, microwave and balconyPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Arrived after their work hours, so they provided me remote check in instructions which were clear. Good location (close to station and Wanhua street, where the night market is) and comfy beds. Has a kitchen, laundry and social area which is nice.

Close to the train and night market. Very accommodating staff. They gave directions to my taxi driver and also waited for me to arrive even if it's a bit past their work hours (reception is only until 6pm). They also allowed me to store my luggage for a few days for a fee. They have luggage elevator for luggage which was very much appreciated. They have laundry, kitchen/dining area and social area.

Location is lovely, 5 minutes walk from Chiayi train station. Level 5 public area was lovely, you can get drinking water, you can use their kitchen utensils, the outdoor seating area was peaceful and quiet. I've used their washer and dryer, they worked very well.

Great hostel in good location. Place to store bikes. Kitchen for making breakfast. Easy late check in process. Close to good food places.good value for money.

The hostel is very clean and located in the very center of Chiayi, close to both the night market and the train station (from where the bus to Alishan departs). Many shops and restaurants nearby, also access to public transportation. The bathroom was also perfect, the bed was comfortable to relax after a whole day of walking. Easy check-in and check-out anytime, water dispensers available at multiple spots.

I like the friendly staff manning the counter , the roof top common area, & the washing machine & dryer machine ! Most importantly the shower was excellent as they use good quality shower facilities! The curtains surrounding the bed provide excellent privacy as I was staying in a 4 bedder room.
